We have a marquee match going on in Miami between two undefeated teams. Unfortunately, the big story in the first half was the potential injury of Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa, who was knocked out after being hit by the Bills by quarterback Matt Milan more than two minutes before halftime.
The two teams played a 14-14 tie after one game. It was a big first run for Bills quarterback Josh Allen. He did a perfect 6 of 6 on Buffalo’s first run which included a two-yard touchdown pass to Devin Singletary in fourth and a goal. Allen’s second touchdown pass in the inning, an eight-yard touchdown pass to Isaiah Mackenzie, gave Buffalo a 14-7 lead three minutes into the second quarter.
The Miami defense created the Dolphins’ first score when Melvin Ingram snatched Allen’s bag from Javon Holland. Chase Edmonds tied the score with a one-yard touchdown and four plays later. Miami led 83 yards on nine plays in her ensuing run, which was punctuated by an 11-yard Tagoviloa hit, tying for Cracraft River. Tagoviloa suffered his potential injury in the next Miami possession, as he was pushed back and appeared to hit the back of his head on the grass.
