Not too long ago, we covered the first ever leaked details about the upcoming Google Pixel 7 smartphone pair, and we were sure we’d see more rumors and speculations about it since the ball started rolling. But we weren’t ready to make CAD-based renderings early in the development cycle.
Remember, Pixel 7 devices should only become official in October. Anyway, this is the Pixel 7 Pro in all its Pixel 6 Pro glory:
It wasn’t a given that Google would stick with the current generation design, but it was. There is the same general outline, as with the camera “visor” on the back, only this time it appears to be “built-in” into the frame, reminiscent of the Samsung Galaxy S21 phones.
The Pixel 7 Pro is said to have a 6.7 to 6.8 curved screen with a single selfie camera installed in the middle. It would not be surprising that the screen is OLED and also not surprising that it has a high refresh rate.
On the underside of the phone are two grilles, one of which will likely have a speaker. There’s also a USB-C port of course, as well as a SIM card slot on the left side. The power and volume buttons are on the right.
The dimensions of the Pixel 7 Pro are said to be 163 x 76.6 x 8.7 mm (11.2 mm when the camera is protruded).
